This little painting was actually quite a challenge for me. My paintings tend to be full of bold color, thick texture, and strong contrasts. "Be Still" was my attempt to slow down and dare to be understated, find joy in stillness, and step off the endless cycle of being always on.
"Be Still" original acrylic finger painting is 11"x14"x1.875" on gallery-wrapped canvas. It comes ready to hang with sides painted and wire installed.
All paintings in the Solace Collection will remain on display in my studio until December 15th and will ship out after that date.
